10. Banish Negative Influences:

"Lord God, source of all positivity, and you, spirits of light and purity, and ancestors who walked in righteousness, I call upon you to banish all negative influences from my life. May the Lord's light dispel any darkness that surrounds me, and let the spirits cleanse my surroundings of any negativity. May the strength of my ancestors' integrity guide me towards positive choices and relationships. I ask that the Lord, the spirits, and my ancestors clear away all negativity, allowing only positive influences to shape my path. In exchange for this purification, I offer 5 days of fasting each month, abstaining from all food and drink from sunrise to sunset, to purify my intentions and to strengthen my connection to the divine. During these 5 days, I will also abstain from the consumption of cloven-hoofed animals as a symbol of my dedication, and I will engage in prayer three times a day, seeking guidance and strength to maintain positivity in my life. I embrace the light and positivity that you bring."
