9. Removal of a Hex or Trick:

"Lord God, breaker of chains, and you, spirits of liberation, and wise ancestors who overcame adversity, I beseech your aid in removing this hex or trick. May the Lord's power dissolve any curse or ill will directed towards me, and let the spirits unravel any tangled webs of negativity. May the resilience of my ancestors empower me to break free from any malicious influence. I ask that the Lord, the spirits, and my ancestors sever all ties to this hex or trick, restoring my freedom and well-being. In exchange for this liberation, I offer 5 days of fasting each month, abstaining from all food and drink from sunrise to sunset, to cleanse my spirit and to demonstrate my unwavering faith. During these 5 days, I will also abstain from the consumption of cloven-hoofed animals as a symbol of my commitment, and I will engage in prayer three times a day, seeking guidance and strength to overcome this obstacle. I trust in your divine power to set me free."
